Cheney calls war critics 'opportunists'

Cheney called Democrats "opportunists" who were peddling "cynical and pernicious falsehoods" to gain political advantage while U.S. soldiers died in Iraq.

If you changed the words in his statement from "Democrats" to "himself", and "political" to "economic", you'd have a pretty accurate description of Dick Cheney.
