It's a week filled with music, not for me, but for others in my family. My parents went to see Santana last night, and my brother and sister-n-law are going to see Nine Inch Nails' Seattle and Portland shows back-to-back this coming Friday and Saturday nights.

My parents thought Santana was great, with the tiny exception of the deafening sound level and having to stand during the whole show. While listening to my mom talk about the show, I'm picturing how funny it would have been to have bore witness to my parent's yelling at each other on the train ride home, "I WONDER IF WE'RE TALKING TOO LOUD…"

Heh heh. I'm glad they had a good time. They really like Santana.

I'll be curious to find out how the NIN shows went. I'll just make sure to turn down the phone speaker volume before I call. Heh heh.

Song of the Day: Oye Como Va - Santana. The only song by Santana that I can still listen to all the way through after my parents started listening to him.
