It's the funniest thing – my kids are addicted to stuffing. Just the regular kind of stuffing you buy in the box. Normally I wouldn’t be overly concerned about this, but here’s the kicker. During the holiday season, stuffing costs what you'd think some dried up bread and salt should cost, about $0.17 a box. During the off-season, it costs about the same as rare Japanese mushrooms, about $112 a box.
Here’s the other kicker. By the time the holiday season does get here, they are going to hate stuffing. They will loathe the sight or smell of it. This always happens when kids eat too much of something. It took a few years for me to go back to eating tuna fish sandwiches, Spaghettios and Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. Fortunately, I have recovered and can happily eat all these items. Mmmmm. I love cold Spaghettios right out of the can. Good thing too, since at the rate they’re eating off-season stuffing, Spaghettios will be all I’m able to afford.
