Michael Waltrip to Drive a Toyota?

So it seems. Owner Bill Davis is planning on running Toyotas in 2007, so assuming Mikey is still with Bill Davis next year, he'll be switching cars yet again.

On one hand, it seems like a tough break having to drive a different car each season, and also in effect, beta test the Toyotas on the NASCAR Cup circuit. Granted, Toyota has run in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck series for the past two seasons, but I don't follow truck races now that my favorite drivers have moved up to the Busch and Cup series, so I don't know how the Toyotas have performed. Besides, the Cup series is a whole different level.

On the other hand, the Toyotas could come in and blow everybody out of the water. And if the engines are strong, it could just be the edge that Mikey needs to have a winning season. I don't want to endure another season of watching his engines blowing up every other race. Crossing my fingers and trying not to jinx!
