Loretta saves Patriots Day for Red Sox

Looks like my hottie #2, Trot Nixon (aka "The Redeemer") made it back for today's game, after being on the DL with a groin injury, scoring a couple runs in today's (whew!) close win over the Mariners.

It would be cool to see the Mariners play at Fenway, now that I've seen these two teams play at Safeco field, but alas it's not to be. The only home game the Red Sox are playing during the our entire time on the east coast is the Texas Rangers on the 9th.

The BEST news is that the Yankers' home games while we're in NYC are against the Red Sox. Must. Get. Tickets.

Sigh. This trip is going to cost many many monie$.
