Monday morning recap (part two)
Kasey Kahne (aka "King Kong" after my kids unfortunately misheard me speak his name) seems to be on the fast-track to making the Chase, taking his second win of the season at Texas Motor Speedway this week (home of my sweetie’s arch-nemesis, Sparky). I’ve liked him ever since he entered the Cup series and happy that he’s bouncing back from last year’s disappointing season.
Tony took third, and looking a little like Jimmie Johnson last week, just didn’t have enough at the end. Still good though. But it looks like my #2 and #3 (Biffle and Edwards), despite each having strong seasons last year, are coming up short this year. After Biffle led the first 50 laps or so, I actually allowed myself to hope that Biffle would have a good run.
But the Weasel took Biffle out, claiming that Biffle just "checked-up" in front of him. C’mon Weasel, can’t you do better than that? You throw out pissy excuses like a whiney b*tch who’s never driven a race car before. Too bad the catfight between your women didn’t get more out of hand. The only thing that would have protected yours is those airbags you had installed in her dashboard. Rwweeaar! fsk fsk!
